The engine eliminates the radiator and adopts an air-cooled system, effectively addressing the challenges of arid and high-temperature operating environments.
To further meet explosion-proof requirements, ANTAIOS equips the engine with a spark-arresting silencer that captures sparks, as well as a wet exhaust pipe and wet turbocharger to reduce exhaust temperatures.
These designs effectively prevent the risks of fire and explosion in oil and gas fields caused by high exhaust temperatures and sparks from the silencer.
Furthermore, the engine is fitted with a pneumatic starter and a mechanical spring starter, eliminating the risk of sparks generated by an electric starter igniting flammable gases in the field.
A mechanical air intake shut-off system is also incorporated to ensure that users have multiple shutdown options in emergency situations.
The product offers a power range from 30 kW to 300 kW, effectively covering the commonly required power range for oil and gas field equipment.
