Specialized Equipment Applications
Why Choose ANTAIOS QSB6.7 Replacement Engines

We can provide customized solutions based on the specific needs of different application devices.

ANTAIOS offers a warranty of 1 year or 1,200 working hours, whichever comes first.

All QSB6.7 replacement engines provided by ANTAIOS have undergone standardized bench testing.

All engines provided by ANTAIOS are assembled from brand new parts, without any used or refurbished parts.
Nameplate-Based Configuration Verification
To expedite the confirmation of your engine configuration, please provide the following information when sending your inquiry:
- Engine nameplate photo,
- Engine photos from all four sides,
- Application equipment information.
The nameplate of the Cummins QSB6.7 engine displays the engine model, power output, operating speed, and serial number. Each engine has a unique serial number. The engines we provide are all customized based on your serial number and detailed configuration.
If you do not know how to locate the nameplate on your old Cummins QSB6.7, please refer to the image on the right. The more complete the information you provide, the faster our technical team can confirm it for you.

CPL Number Verification for ECU Compatibility
The Cummins QSB6.7 is an electronically controlled diesel engine. Are you concerned that the engine you purchase might not be compatible with your equipment’s control system? ANTAIOS will use the engine nameplate information you provide to look up your specific CPL number. Since all control systems are customized based on the CPL number, you have no need to worry.
If your engine nameplate is missing or illegible, you may provide us with your engine serial number. We can also use your serial number to look up the CPL number for you. The CPL number for the Cummins QSB6.7 is not unique. To ensure a perfect match for your engine, it is crucial to confirm the CPL number on the engine you are replacing.
Engine Connection & Mounting Verification
Worried that your replacement QSB6.7 engine may not install directly after delivery?
To ensure installation compatibility, ANTAIOS will confirm all key configuration details with you before production:
- Flywheel and Flywheel Housing Dimensions
Flywheel housing standards commonly include SAE 1, SAE 2, SAE 3, and SAE 4. We will match the correct configuration according to your original engine or required dimensions.
- Oil Pan Configuration
Depending on the sump position, oil pans are generally available in front sump, rear sump, and center sump configurations. We will match the oil pan layout based on your original Cummins QSB6.7 engine setup.
- Intake and Exhaust Orientation
Intake and exhaust orientation can also affect installation space and piping layout. Our technical team will verify these details with you before production.

Bench Testing to Ensure Engine Performance
The customized QSB6.7 engines provided by ANTAIOS undergo standardized test bench testing prior to leaving the factory. Every test bench procedure consists of an eight-step process. ANTAIOS utilizes its own proprietary test benches, capable of accommodating engines with a maximum power output of 1,500 kW. ANTAIOS also provides customers with complete test videos and an inspection report before shipment.
If you plan to visit China for a factory inspection, you are also welcome to observe our engine bench testing on site. If it is not convenient for you to attend in person, you may also appoint a third-party inspection agency to witness the testing on site.
Available Engine Configurations

ANTAIOS can supply complete QSB6.7 replacement engines. We also offer optional configurations, such as control instrument panels and clutches. All configuration details will be specified in the technical agreement we sign before you place your order.

If you only require the core engine assembly, we can also supply QSB6.7 long blocks or short blocks. These are typically delivered without external parts, allowing you to install the remaining components locally after delivery, helping reduce overall costs.

No. At present, ANTAIOS only supplies replacement QSB6.7 engines for Stage III / Tier 3 and below emission standards.
Stage IV / Tier 4 engines are equipped with complex aftertreatment systems such as DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and SCR (DEF/Urea), which cannot currently be matched perfectly in replacement applications.
If your local emission regulations are not strictly enforced, we can also provide technical solutions for replacing a Stage IV engine with a Stage III configuration. If you have such requirements, please feel free to contact our service team directly.
Most of the time, the engine lead time of ANTAIOS is about one month. If your old CUMMINS QSB6.7 has special configurations, there may be time to extend. Welcome to contact our service team for details.
No, it is not necessary. Stage III diesel engines have lower fuel requirements, which allows for greater cost savings.
